Are you able to provide brands which aren’t available on website?

As per our website, we can offer APC, Cisco, Dell, HPE, Juniper, Lenovo, Apple.But if you need any other brands, our sales team can work on that too.

What discounts are you offering?

Are your Products Authentic and Genuine?

ORM Systems only deals with 100% Genuine Products. That is why we’re offering a Replacement Warranty.

Yes, the majority of the products are in stock.

Yes, we have a team of Network Engineers who can guide you through Technical queries and can provide you solutions for your IT infrastructure problems.

Do you sell used/refurbished hardware?

While we don’t actively stock any used devices, we may occasionally, from time to time have something available. Call our account managers and sales team for more details.

What is your Return Policy?

  • Unopened Items Any unopened product still in factory sealed packaging may be refunded or exchanged within 2 days of the original purchase date but only a specific amount of order. Original receipts are required, and refunds will be given
  • Defective Items Defective items may be returned for same/different-product exchange, or store credit. All defective items must be tested and verified before we are able to offer exchange or store credit.
  • Non-returnable Products Products not eligible for refund, return or exchange which aren’t accompanied with original packaging or opened.
  • Cash Refunds ORM will refund cash purchases by check mailed to the customer within 7-10 business days if products are defective.

How long do I have to wait for the ordered goods to arrive?

The Estimated Time of Arrival of your order is dependent on the freight forwarders, normally it won’t take more than 5-7 days. You can calculate an estimated delivery date after completing the delivery details on our order page.

How is the shipping price calculated?

The shipping cost is calculated on our website, you must mention your exact location for that. The amount depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipped goods as well as on the destination.

How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment, on the freight forwarders website, using the tracking number which is generated after completing the order.

In which currency will I have to pay?

We have accounts in USD, GBP, Euros and AED. You can pay according to your feasibility.

Can you ship the product to my house?

ORM Systems will be able to ship products to your home or work without charging any extra shipping cost.

May I change the order once confirmed?

Changes for the order can only be made in 2 hours by contacting our team by phone before the processing of the order has commenced.
